Everyone has their very own check list, create one yourself. Put a tick to make encourage youself to meeting to it.
My own checklist includes:
1. Go outside- go under the sun. Spend at least half hour outside everyday can help to ward of depression and a better night sleep. Forget about sun lotion. Sun light is one of the important element for making Vitamin D.
2. Drink plain and pure water at least 6-8 glasses.
3. Sleep enough. When it comes to ZZZzz,eight hours a night is no longer considered optimum for everyone. Some of us need as few as six, others as many as nine. When you are on vacation, figure out how much snooze time you require by letting yourself wake uo naturally sans buzzer. Then try to hit your mark every night.
4. Giggle away. Laugh it out. Its one of the magical wonder that works anywhere , anytime with anyone. Simple laugh over a silly joke or over a funny movie. It is a stress- buster.. And its' free!
5. Sweat it out!! Invest 30 mins of cardio activity- walking from 2 bus stop away from home and climb 13 sets of stairs are some of the cardio exercise. both these took me almost 30 mins and im broke in sweat when im at my door steps.
6. Walk with my dog. Take a time off and have a slow walk with dog or someone you love. Too much of 3C applications( TV, Internet, mobile phone) could a reason for communication break-down. I do realize when im out for walk, im putting my 100% heart in listening and my concenration is only on the people i am with. Give a try, just work from 10 mins onward.
7. At least 3-5 fruits a day. It may seems alot but having fruit is vert important to gain different vitamins and mineral. Suggestion: Banana with breakfast, orange with lunch,papaya for tea-break and watermelon for dinner.
Well, that's about it. Always rememeber to follow the checklist. Stick it on the freezer door, monitor for reminding yourself. Refresh the checklist if you think you need to add more but refrain adding too much.
